Pillow Slips
50% linen & 50% cotton
Sturdy, long lasting, handwoven raw linen and cotton pillow slips inspired by Northern European linen or hemp grain sacks dating back to the 1800’s when weaving and textile production happened in a home-based workshop.

Field Cloth
50% linen & 50% cotton
Handwoven cotton and raw, unbleached linen mimicking the colours of the Okanagan landscape in the spring. The sun is warming, the arrow leaf balsam root is in bloom, fine yellow pollen from the Ponderosa pines is drifting through the forests and the apple orchards are in full pink blossom. Field Cloth is woven in a versatile full body length.

Rug Work

Exploring traditional flat weave rug weaving and Swedish rag rug weaving, Cloth Tone’s collection of limited edition rugs integrate a tow linen warp with a 100% Canadian wool weft (sourced locally from Custom Woolen Mills) or upcycled fabric remnants- Cloth Tone’s rugs play with simple patterns and raw textures, allowing natural variations to emerge giving each handwoven piece it’s individuality. Our rugs are made to last a lifetime.
